Neighborhood Flix

A large portion of my ideas and comments come from watching TV, which is becoming an expensive habit. Can we pay celebrities less money so I don’t have to pay $100/month for TV. I have had multiple angry debates with the wonderful people at Comcast (I live in the Northeast.) The same conclusion comes about each time. They have me by the balls. I had to pay an additional $20/month for my high definition boxes and another $30/month for movies. Their attractive packages really add up quick.
The main reason that I held out with switching carriers was their cable internet was far more superior than DSL in the area. Unfortunately, Verizon FioS has not hit our area yet. However, I recently came to the conclusion that I couldn’t handle it anymore and I switched to Direct TV. They offer a comparative package at about half the money. DirecTV had its share of flaws when it first came out. However, as long as you have a Direct TV team correctly install the satellite, you will have great service.
