Actor Matt Dillon pleaded guilty to speeding charges in Vermont and agreed to pay the $828 fine. Hope he has it in these tough times. The 44 year old actor was nabbed doing 106 miles per hour on interstate 91 in Vermont on December 30th. The excessive speed also drew the charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle. However, like many other cases, the charge was dropped with the speeding plea and fine payment.
